The CEC program is created for those skilled workers who have Canadian work Experience and now seeking a permanent residency of Canada. It is part of Canadian Express entry system. The candidates who score on top will be able to apply through Canadian Express Entry system.

Eligibility Criteria for CEC Program:

There is an eligibility criterion which qualifies a candidate to apply for Express Entry to Canada through the CEC Program. The candidate must have at least 1 year of full-time work Experience in Canada within span of last 3 years. If it is part time experience then it should equal to one year working hours. There should be proper authorization of Canadian Experience. You must have level of English and/or French language proficiency as per the requirement of job. To assess the level of your English or French language, you have to score in Canadian Government approved assessment test. For English Language proficiency you can prepare for IELTS and TEF for French language. The experience which you have acquired during your full time study or being self employed will not be counted for CEC program.
